Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm (daycare 6pm)
Saturday 9am to 5pm / Sunday CLOSED
Can I visit my dog while they are boarding / in daycare?
We do not recommend visiting during daycare. This often causes anxiety and stress at the sight of the owner stopping by and then leaving. You are welcome to call and check in if necessary. You can check out our Instagram / Facebook to get photos, videos!
Do you keep the big dogs with the small dogs?
Our facility is fortunate to have multiple parks and outdoor areas! We have a large park and a small park that we use everyday, we separate the dogs based on size and temperament to whichever park best suites them.
What are your drop off and pick up times?
Daycare:

Boarding:

Please note: If dropping off for Boarding past 5:30 M-F please make sure your dog has been fed supper first so they have more time to run and play before bedtime!
We strongly recommend bringing your pet in for boarding before noon. This is because dogs that arrive in the morning are usually ready for a more relaxed afternoon as they play themselves out, dogs arriving later than noon typically still have a lot of energy that may not go over as well with a group of dogs that have already been playing for a while.
Do you offer discount rates for long stays?
Yes we do! We offer a 10% discount after 20 nights of boarding for both cat's and dog's
What if my dog doesn't get along with other dogs?
If you know your dog doesn't get along with other dogs we suggest trying our our acreage location. They work one on one with dogs out there and would gladly accommodate your dog!
When are the staff there?
We have staff in the building from 6:30AM to 8:30PM 7 days a week and even on holidays!
Do you charge to administer meds/ are your staff able to administer meds?
We do not charge you anything to administer meds!
Our Supervisors are the only ones who administer meds and they are capable of doing anything from a pill to insulin injections
Do I need a reservation?
You only need to make a reservation for Boarding and Grooming. Daycare is drop ins until 12pm we do suggest calling ahead if you plan on coming after 10am to ensure we still have room.
What should we expect after daycare/boarding?
Sore pads
Running around and playing all day may be hard on your dog's feet, they may get sore and abraded pads. This will go away as their pads thicken and get used to the different surfaces.
Exhausted
Running around playing with all their new dog pals is not only physically but mentally exhausting as well. Your dog may come home and pass right out from all the playing!
Sore Muscles
Your dog will be having so much fun running around and playing all day with all of their friends, they may forget when to slow down and pace themselves. Over time they will get more used to it and will become much stronger.
Wet Dog
In the summer time we have the pools filled and our hoses going all day long to keep everyone nice and cool to beat the summertime heat.
Do my dog(s) get to play with other dogs?
Yes of course! at our City location your dog is in daycare playing all day with our staff and other dogs! For our boarding clients the only time your dog is away from the playtime is for breakfast(8:30am-10am), Supper (5:30pm to 7pm) and overnight (8:30pm to 6:30am)
Do you charge a late pick up fee?
We charge $5 every 15 minutes past 6:30PM Monday to Friday, and 5PM Saturday & Sunday.
After 7:15 PM Monday to Friday & 5:30 PM Saturday & Sunday your dog will be boarded overnight with us and you can come by during our open hours to pick them up the next day.
Can my dog stay in a room?
Our rooms are reserved for dogs with high anxiety, who need medication, Larger dog's who are too large for our kennels and older dog's who can't make it up our stairs to our crate rooms. On Holiday's and long weekends our rooms fill up very fast so if you need to reserve one we ask that you call us in advance to ensure your spot
Do daycare packages expire?
Daycare packages do not expire!
What should I all bring with my dog for an overnight stay?
We suggest bringing their food, leash, treats, and if you would like a toy in with them overnight that can be brought as well. We supply the bedding and dishes as it makes it much easier come cleaning time!
